Delete Your Account

Available without logging in

You can request deletion of your Hearing Minds account and personal information at any time. You do not need the mobile app or your login details to submit a request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials.
  • Your profile and profile photo.
  • Your sessions and session history.
  • Your mood entries and journal entries.
  • Your chat messages.
  • Your availability slots.
  • Your reviews.
  • Your notification preferences.

Delete in the app

Open the Hearing Minds app, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account. Confirm the request and your account is deleted immediately.

Delete from the web

Enter the email address on your account and send us a deletion request. Your email app will open with a pre-filled message that you can send to our support team.

This opens your email app with a pre-filled message to support@hearingminds.com. You can send it as-is, or add your account email if you left the field blank.

How long it takes

We aim to process web deletion requests within 7 days. Some records may be retained where required by law. If you need help, contact us at support@hearingminds.com.
